This seven-storey residential building is composed of a monochromatic building skin. A grid of white precast elements are interrupted by a winding ribbon of black brick.  Accents of green panels are interspersed within the white panels and floor to ceiling glazing.

The ground floor retail will feature local, small-scale businesses which reflect the vibrancy of the neighbourhood.  A generous outdoor amenity space will feature outdoor seating, lounging, and barbeque areas.

Green features include an extensive green roofs will minimize the urban heat island effect and help absorb rainwater onsite; an efficient building envelope to reduce loads on mechanical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; and ample protected and secure bicycle parking for residents, visitors, and commercial clients.
